Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping to the United States: 10–12 business days after processing.
Total time from order to delivery: approximately 11–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to become active after dispatch.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once they have shipped. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Undelivered or Lost Packages
